DEALING WITH MISSING SALES IN OPTIMUM (NO LONGER IN USE)

OPTIMUM CONTROL IS NO LONGER IN USE

Micros should automatically import sales into Optimum but occasionally this may not happen. To determine if sales are missing, check the Sales Mix module in Optimum. If there is sales missing, in this case September 4^th, follow the steps below.

1. Close Sales Mix module
2. Open the Micros Desktop menu by moving the mouse over to the left side of the screen and select Sales Export Utility

3. An application will launch.  Select your date range.

4.  Click Start. 
5. Click Close once all days have been loaded
6. Open Sales Mix Module in Optimum Control and the sales will now be there.
