Please perform the following steps should you encounter this grey bar across your desktop.
You may have one of two manager desktops depending on what version of windows your server is running.
1. Select “Start Micros”
2. Select “Log Out”
On this screen
3. Select Ctrl + Alt + Delete on your keyboard
4. Select “Log off”
5. Please wait for this window to load
6. Select Ctrl + Alt + Delete on your keyboard
7. Select "OK"
8. Login to Windows
9. Login to Micros Security
Desktop should return to normal
