For Wireless PATT Vx680 PINPads, if you get a "Comm Error" and the PATT device has no signal bars, follow these instructions below to repair the connection:
1. Press the * Button
2. Press the #1 Button
3. Press the Tool button
4. Press "Repair". Wait a few seconds and you will see "Connection Repair Successful"
5. To return to the main screen, Press the * button
6. Press "ServPOS"
Alternatively, You can Reboot the unit:
- Hold the Red button down for 5 seconds until it shuts off.
- To turn on hold the Green button until it turns on
