Symptoms:
- Pay at the table (VX680 model) device screen is not responding to touch
- Pay at the table (VX680 model) device screen is not responding to the correct menu option
Resolution:
Try the following steps to calibrate the PATT VX680 device screen:
- Hit OK and number 7 at the same time.
- Enter password 166831 then hit OK again.
- Select option 7 and follow the instruction to calibrate the screen.
- Select option 1 to restart, once screen calibration is completed.
