Question/Issue:
I have not received my order confirmation from Summit, Sysco or GFS
Troubleshooting Steps:
- If email confirmations have not been received to restaurant email within 15 minutes of placing order in RMS, call supplier (Summit, Sysco, GFS) immediately to ensure order is confirmed for delivery - may need to provide the order over the phone
- Log an IT ticket as well so the team can investigate why it didn’t go through
