Google Drive Files Missing

Issue

Files in Google Drive are not showing.

Resolution

Open Chrome browser
At the top right, click More.
Click More tools > Clear browsing data.
At the top, choose a time range. You can start with "Last 4 weeks"
Next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files," check the boxes.
Click Clear data.

You may need to log back into your Gmail account. Once you have done that, try accessing the Google Drive again.
