After the onboarding process for a corporate teammate has been completed in Dayforce, there is an upload that takes place twice per day to sync Dayforce and RMS that sometimes takes up to 24 hours to complete.
If it has been less than 24 hours, please wait and check again if the RMS profile has been generated.
If it has been over 24 hours, contact payroll@recipeunlimited.com with the employee’s information and they will support you. A ServiceDesk ticket is not required.
