A manual process between Dayforce and RMS needs to take place for promoting teammates to supervisors that is initiated by the Payroll team.
When promoting a teammate to a manager in Dayforce, contact payroll@recipeunlimted.com with the employee’s information and they will support you. A ServiceDesk ticket is not required.
