From POS

1.    Swipe Manager/ supervisor Micros card.

2.    Select “Assign Emp Cards”.

3.    Select the key board

4.    Type in UBER and select “OK”

25000 Uber Eats will be highlighted

5.          Select “Edit”

6.          Enter the new Micros card number in both “New ID” and “Confirm New ID” fields.

7.    Select “OK” when completed.

8.    Swipe Uber Micros Card and select “Begin Check”.

9.          Enter Uber check number.

10.      Select “Enter”.

11.      Ring in the entire order

12.      Select “Edit Check”

13.      Select “Print Check”.

Guest Check

14.      Select “Open Checks”

15.      Select check

16.      Select “PAY”.

  or 

17.      Select “Uber Tender”.

18.      Enter Uber check total (not Micros total)

NOTE: If there is a difference, Micros will enter that difference into the POS and close the check.

19.      Micros will require a manager swipe should the total be higher than Micros. 

Check will close.

Here’s how to figure out what to discount under Aggregate Discount to make Uber check total and Micros check total match.

1)    Take the Micros check “Subtotal” amount and subtract it from the Uber check “Subtotal”.

In this case:

$19.60 - $18.60 = $1.00

2)    Select “Aggregator Disc”

3)    Enter amount

4)    Select Enter

5)    Micros will require a manager swipe.

Discount will be applied.

6)    Now you can go ahead and Pay out the check by using the Uber Tender.

To review open checks

20.      Select “Open Checks”.

To cash out

21.      Select “Cashout”.
