IPAD CHARGING DISCLAIMER

Please be advise, IPADs used for Garnish/Bin KDS are very sensitive to charging, please ensure proper power adapter is used, see disclaimer below.  Improper charging adapter will reduce the battery life of the ipad and the ipad will also report its charging status incorrectly
 

☑ PROPER CHARGING PROCEDURE: To ensure this iPad charges successfully, you must plug the USB cable into the original Apple 12W or 20W power adapter (or compatible power adapter) connected directly to a wall outlet or power strip.

🚫 DO NOT PLUG INTO:

• POS Terminals (Registers/Screens)

• UPS Units (Battery Backups)

• Computer USB Ports

• Standard Phone Chargers(non-apple ipad compatible)

⚠️ DISCLAIMER: The USB ports on POS terminals and UPS units do not provide enough power. The iPad will not charge properly (or will display "Not Charging") if connected to underpowered USB charging ports, which is the case for the majority of these devices.
