Issue: Need to temporarily change or adjust stores ecommerce hours for Delivery and Pickup
NOTE: For permanent changes on eCommerce hours, store will need to contact their BDM for approval and submit a request to the Menu Maintenance team.
RESOLUTION STEPS:
- Open 'eOrder Manager login' icon from your Desktop (Backoffice computer or on POS)
- Once you login, select 'Store' tab
- Select 'Manage Store'
- Go to 'Store hours management'
- Click on 'Date' and select the day(s) you need to adjust:
- Adjust the Start time and End time for the revenue you need to adjust. Select the reason that applies to your change and hit 'Save'
