This is meant to be a temporary fix for the desktop version of Jarvis where it is being slow, characters taking a long time to appear, page taking too long to load, or buttons not responding when clicked.
Please go through the following steps:
- Jarvis Desktop site should be open on store's browser https://jarvis.recp.
ca/login
- Right Click the screen and select Inspect
- On the browser, right-click the Refresh button and select Empty Cache and Hard Reload
- Wait for the screen to refresh - it may take a minute
- Once the screen has been refreshed, close the browser
- Reopen the browser and have the user log into Jarvis Desktop site and confirm issue no longer exists
