RMS - Where can I find Badge Number and Login credentials? – Recipe IT Service Desk

Question/Issue:

Can't find badge number and/or login name for associate or manager.

Troubleshooting Steps:

There’s a couple different places you can look.

In Jarvis, find the associate, edit profile (the little pencil), click the RMS Tab and you will find all the information regarding this associate.
The other option is in RMS. Under the Labour Management Tab, click Employee, then click Employee Profile, select the associate from the drop down list. Under the associate name, click password reset and you will find their username and badge number.
