Issue: The location has received a request from Chase for proof of signature.
Description: Chase has sent a letter to the location disputing a credit card transaction for an online order. Chase is requesting a signed proof of purchase. Since the order was processed and paid for online, the location will not have a proof of payment.
Resolution: The location must send an email to ecommchargebacks@cara.com along with a copy of the request from Chase. Recipe will review the case and then reimburse the location for the disputed amount, if applicable.
