Issue:
The location is unable to process Uber Eats orders due to a technical or operational issue. ie: a power failure.
Solution:
On the Uber Eats tablet:

Go into the Restaurant Dashboard

Select the menu icon in the top left corner

You’ll see a side menu with an option to “Pause Orders”

Enter your reason for pausing and then click Save.
NOTE: Pausing only lasts until the end of the day. If you want to halt orders for longer than that, let us know and we can help update your menu hours.
