JARVIS - Incorrectly linked Jarvis profile to wrong RMS profile – Recipe IT Service Desk

Problem	Manager is requested to enter a password for an RMS profile that doesn’t belong to them. OR Jarvis Scheduling profile does not match RMS profile.
Cause	Jarvis profile has been linked to an incorrect RMS profile.
Solution	Access user profile through the Jarvis website. https://jarvis.cara.com/login Click on RMS Tab. Click Unlink at the bottom left hand corner. A list will appear of RMS profiles that are not linked to a Jarvis profile. Locate the correct RMS profile and click on the link button to link these two profiles together. The correct RMS profile will now show in the RMS tab. Click Update on the bottom right hand corner. *Please note: If you can not find the correct RMS profile, it may be linked to a different Jarvis profile. You may need to go through all of your user profiles to find which Jarvis profiles are incorrectly linked to the wrong RMS profile.
