MOBI - What is MOBI? An overview

MOBI is an online ordering system similar to Visionmax.  Recipe’s customers will place pre-paid orders online via the MOBI app and the app will send the order to a specific restaurant via the same ‘visionmax’ API.

MOBI is an online portal that is easier to use than Visionmax.

Currently, MOBI does not offer a delivery feature.  It is for pre-paid pick up orders, only.

MOBI offers an online portal for locations allowing them to manage the following:

• Open and close times
• Lead times
• Stocking menu items in and out

MOBI orders will be sent to the location via O4W (Order for Windows) directly to the Micros POS via the Micos API.

MOBI orders will print in the kitchen and/or display on the KDS, as appropriate.

Aggregators will work the same way as they do, currently.

A new MOBI employee (number 21999) has been created in Micros.

The location will need to create a new employee card using the same procedures as used today.

MOBI checks will need to be closed using the new MOBI button on the POS.
