If a customer orders an item, but the location does not have it – What error message would they see? They will see it as either SOLD OUT or if the restaurant has hidden it, it will be removed from the menu completely.
If the printer is offline – What error message would they see?
The order would fail to print on the main printer - but it would get sent to the backup printer as usual, based on the restaurant’s specific configuration.
If the internet is down – What error message would they see?
If the store's internet is down, orders will fail. Email of failed order to be sent out to Recipe Support - settings adjustable in the MOBI platform. Email will specifically say that the POS is offline.

What happens if a location receives an error message for functions they should have?
At the moment, each store’s pub email address has an account setup, and it is at the restaurant’s discretion to decide who, in their restaurant, should have access.
