Unable to log in to Jabber
Jabber requesting to update settings
Close Jabber completely and then delete these folders:
C:\Users\USER\AppData\Local\Cisco
C:\Users\USER\AppData\Roaming\Cisco
Pease also make sure that your AD account is not locked out, Jabber uses LDAP (Lightweight Directory Access Protocol) for authentication.
