Screen Flickering when using RDS

There is currently a known issue with RDS and Outlook where the screen will "Flicker" or "Flash" between the open applications very quickly.

Workarounds:

Note that these have been found to help with the problem, but you may still experience the issue

• When launching Outlook, take Outlook out of full-screen mode by pressing the Restore Down button.  Continue to use Outlook in restore down mode.
• 
• While experiencing the issue, Press the ALT and TAB keyboard buttons at the same time (ALT+TAB) to switch to another application
• While experiencing the issue, Press the ALT and F4 keyboard buttons at the same time (ALT+F4) to quit the application
• Instead of using RDS for Outlook, use Webmail:  https://webmail.cara.com/.  You can access this website from any computer and it is also available through RDS using the "Cara Webmail" icon:

Solution:

The issue has been escalated to Microsoft.  Unfortunately at this time there is no solution to the problem.  Please continue to perform the workarounds if this continues to happen.
