Group Menu POS Procedure

This is how the majority of the Group menus work at CARA. 

The Price Point MUST be punched in AND sent first before you can access the no charge items.

This example is from PUBS:

If the price points are not present, or sent and you try to ring in the food item it will look like it doesn’t work.

If you look closely you will see the ‘Void” flash in the top left corner as the POS voids the items being punched in if the Price Point is not rung in

 The Price Point MUST be sent  (you will see the little asterix)

And then you can ring in the No Charge items;  its usually one to one (one price point will allow one round of food) but occasionally there will be a bundle (one app, 2 entrees and 1 dessert for price point like the Milestones Date Night menu)
