Question/Issue:
I can’t log into the Jarvis on-boarding site to add my users (Franchise only)
Troubleshooting Steps:
- Has this Manager/User logged into the Jarvis app previously? If yes, they can use the same credentials.
- Ensure they are logging into jarvis.cara.com/login
- User may have to select “Admin Login” in top right hand corner
- User can click on Forgot Password to reset their own password from the main login page
