Question/Issue:
I can’t sign in to the Manager app, it says invalid customer ID
Troubleshooting Steps:
- Ensure to follow the instructions - user needs to know where the Advanced settings is on their personal device - this is different for all phones and more challenging to locate on Android phones.
- There are also two different JDA Manager Apps. Ensure you have the correct logo like in the poster below.
