RMS - I am missing sales on my AvT – Recipe IT Service Desk

Question/Issue:
I am missing sales on my AvT

Troubleshooting Steps:

Validate total sales against FMR (Line 17 will be the sales from your AvT for food added to the sales from your AvT for alcohol)
Validate Business Date of count is Sunday’s date
Are the sales on the Performance Summary page correct in RMS? (This is total sales, so add Food and Alcohol sales)
Pull a Sales Mix Report for the same time period and validate sales mix matches Performance Summary and FMR
If all validations are correct, an IT ticket may be required
