Question/Issue:
My invoice has not been imported into RMS yet
Troubleshooting Steps:
- If it is more than 24 hours from receiving the delivery in the building, an IT ticket may be required
- Has the location received an email saying the invoice has failed to import?
- Restaurant may have to receive it manually from Scheduled status if not able to be imported
