Question/Issue:
I created an Order in RMS and can’t see the Scheduled Delivery in my Deliveries page.
Troubleshooting Steps:
- Verify the Delivery Date of the Placed order.
- If the incorrect delivery date was selected in the future, that delivery will not appear on your delivery screen until 3 days prior to that date.
- Order can be created again (duplicate order and scheduled delivery will be created) or you can select “Add Delivery” to receive it manually and will not reflect PO (Purchase Order).
