I can’t run my End of Day
- What is the message on the screen and what is the current business date on the screen? If it is on the current date, then that is correct - there is no issue.
- If they are on any date and there is a notification for a Draft inventory transaction - that will need to be actioned/posted before being able to continue (most common is an imported invoice)
- If they are on any previous date with a Cash Management error message, an IT ticket is required
