Question/Issue:
My Associates cannot log into the ESS app?
Can't find "Advanced Settings"
Troubleshooting Steps:
- Ensure they have logged into the website first and have changed their password
- If yes to above, try resetting password for Associate and trying again
- If you can't find the advanced settings, open the app, do not enter any info, press and hold your back button and the advanced options will show up at the bottom of the screen. Click on that and another screen will open where you can enter Recipe-RMS and then continue with the setup steps.
- If still does not work, an IT ticket may be required
