RMS - I can’t add pay rate, the job is not available when I go to the Pay Rate tab

Question/Issue:
I can’t add pay rate, the job is not available when I go to the Pay Rate tab

Troubleshooting Steps:

• Ensure they are actually selecting/hitting “Add Pay Rate” to start the process.  The job will not populate in that tab automatically, it needs to be selected again.
• If job was added successfully and is not visible in the available drop downs when adding the pay rate, press F5 to refresh the web page then try again.

Please note that if your location is Corporate, you will not have access to add Pay Rates in RMS. This should be done in Dayforce.
