Issue:
On the Jarvis website, under the user profile the RMS tab is blank as per screenshot below.
Solution:
The temporary workaround until the Jarvis team implements a permanent solution is to ask the user to do the following:

- While on that screen, press CTRL + F5 to refresh the page
- Then go to the user list screen
- Select the associate profile again and then go to the RMS tab to see the data on the page
