Problem

Not receiving push notifications on my device for Scheduling.

Example: Manager does not receive time off Request approvals when associate submits time off request

OR

Associate does not receive notifications if their time off request was approved.

Cause

Device’s notification settings have been turned off for this specific app.

Solution

• On your device, go to Settings.
• Go to Notifications.
• Scroll until you find the Jarvis app and select.
• Enable “Allow Notifications” for your device.
