Question/Issue:
I can’t schedule my Associate even though they show up as active
Troubleshooting Steps:
- Check effective date of pay rate - if in the future - need to open IT ticket.
- When creating profile in Onboarding site, was Manual schedule type selected? If Not Scheduled was selected in error - ensure that Manual is now selected.
- Check effective date of primary job and hire date - if in the future - this can be changed in the associate's Jarvis profile. *Disclaimer* Please read the Editing a User Job Aid in detail as any changes to primary jobs will impact you current and future schedules.
